Windows

Internet Explorer for Windows:

  1. Click on the link above to download the Quick Support application.
  2. Select "Run" when prompted on your system.
  3. Provide the ID number and password to your technician when Teamviewer has started.

Firefox for Windows:

  1. Click on the link above to download the Quick Support application.
  2. Cilck on "Save File" when prompted on your system (default location is My Documents->Downloads).
  3. Locate the TeamViewerQS.exe file and double-click
  4. Provide the ID number and password to your technician when Teamviewer has started.

Mac

Firefox for Mac OS X:

  1. Click on the link above to download the Quick Support application.
  2. Select Save File to save the ZIP file (will save to Downloads folder by default).
  3. Navigate to ZIP file double-click to extract (will extract to same folder ZIP is in).
  4. Locate the TeamViewerQS file and double-click.
  5. Provide the ID number and password to your technician when TeamViewer has started.

Safari for Mac OS X:

  1. Click on the link above to download the Quick Support application.
  2. Double-click the TeamViewerQS file in Downloads folder.
  3. Provide the ID number and password to your technician when TeamViewer has started.
